What You Will Do As Our Wealth Management Coordinator?
You will be the operational backbone of our firm. You will work directly with clients and senior advisors across three main areas:
1. Deliver Exceptional Client Service
- Serve as the primary, professional point of contact for clients.
- Resolve client inquiries regarding account balances, statements, and distributions.
- Proactively schedule client review meetings and manage advisor calendars.
2. Master Account Operations & Documentation
- Prepare, submit, and track new client onboarding and account paperwork.
- Manage asset transfers, rollover requests, and contribution setups with custodians.
- Maintain flawless, compliant digital client files within our CRM system.
3. Drive Advisor & Team Support
- Gather financial data and statements prior to client planning meetings.
- Draft meeting agendas, take detailed notes, and execute follow-up items.
- Identify and implement ways to automate or streamline our daily office processes.

Must-Have Qualifications:
- Experience: 1-3 years of client service experience
- Education: Some college
- Skills: Laser-sharp attention to detail maintaining precision and consistency from start to finish on every project, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to change.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient with technology including Microsoft Word & Excel
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Nice-to-Have Advantages:
- Financial Service Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred
- Active FINRA Series 7, 66, or SIE licenses.
