The Marketing & Business Development Manager will help establish and articulate the company’s value in the diagnostic ecosystem, and contribute directly to partnership development in the U.S. and global markets.
- Develop and refine the company’s brand voice and messaging.
- Translate scientific and clinical data into compelling commercial value propositions.
- Produce marketing collateral including clinical summaries, product briefs, and conference materials.
- Strengthen the company’s digital presence with updated website and digital content.
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and market research.
- Support U.S. launch planning, segmentation, and pricing strategies.
- Identify potential BD opportunities with hospitals, distributors, and strategic partners.
- Support pitch deck development and opportunity assessments.
- Coordinate due diligence and follow-up with prospective partners.
- Collaborate with CEO, Clinical, Technical Operations, and Regulatory teams.
- Support preparation of Board materials, investor updates, and strategic communications.
- Assist with conference planning and KOL engagement.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in medical devices, diagnostics, or healthcare technology.
- Strong communication skills and ability to synthesize technical information.
Preferred:
- Experience in diagnostics, POC testing, sepsis, or biomarker technologies.
- Background in business development or commercial strategy.
- Experience in start-up or small public company environments.
- Salary range: $95,000 – $110,000
