Job Summary
We’re looking for friendly and energetic Team Members to join our Smoothie King locations in Morrisville and Cary. In this role, you'll be the heart of the customer experience, preparing tasty drinks, handling retail transactions, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. If you enjoy working in a lively setting and love helping others feel their best, this is the perfect opportunity for you! Must be at least 16 years old and able to lift at least 40 pounds.
Duties
- Prepare smoothies, beverages, and non-alcoholic drinks according to company recipes and standards.
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales accurately and efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and answering questions about menu options.
- Handle retail sales transactions with cash handling skills, ensuring accuracy in processing payments.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and dining areas following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with food handling and beverage service to ensure quality and freshness of all products served.
- Support team efforts during busy periods by managing multiple tasks like serving customers, restocking supplies, and cleaning.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or retail sales is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key!
- Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha or Micros is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
- Experience in food safety practices, beverage preparation, or café environments is advantageous.
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while staying organized.

Pay: $10.00 - $14.00 per hour
