We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team as a Front of House (FOH) Team Member at Donut Monster. This role involves a combination of culinary responsibilities and customer service duties. If you have a passion for great food and providing excellent service to customers, with a Great attitude we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook delicious sandwiches and other menu items according to our recipes and quality standards.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure efficient operation during peak hours.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as mixing salads , preparing sandwiches , and organizing ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area, including equipment, countertops, and utensils.
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing exceptional customer service throughout their dining experience.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, making recommendations and answering questions about menu items as needed.
- Process payments, handle cash transactions, and operate the POS system with accuracy.
- Monitor dining areas to ensure tables are clean, and guests have everything they need to enjoy their meal.
- Collaborate with FOH and BOH team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant kitchen preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the role.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
