- CLEANING EXPERIENCE ! (2 years+)
- Flexible availability (EVENINGS/SOME MORNINGS POSSIBLE)
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Be a Self-starter
- Team player
- Able to accept constructive criticism from team leaders
- Flexible scheduling availability
- Able to work part time in the early evenings, mornings and some Saturdays
- PUNCTUALITY (A MUST!)

- Assure correct and timely completion of jobs
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability Walk, Stand, Bend, Climb stairs for extended periods of time
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repair
- Follow all health and safety regulations according to OSHA
- Deliver excellent customer service
- RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION (A MUST!)
- Valid driver's license (A MUST)
- Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
