Are you a compassionate, motivated Physical Therapist Assistant looking to make a meaningful impact in your community? We are seeking a licensed full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our friendly, privately family owned outpatient clinic located in Chester, VA. If you are passionate about helping people restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve their quality of life, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based physical therapy treatments and interventions.
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
- Current state Physical Therapist Assistant license (or eligible for licensure).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- New graduates are encouraged to apply (if applicable).
