Overview

Duties
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage, and fixtures in residential and commercial buildings.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and plumbing inspection cameras to diagnose issues and perform repairs efficiently.
- Conduct drain cleaning using specialized equipment to prevent or resolve blockages.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to ensure accurate installation and repairs.
- Perform plumbing system inspections in compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.
- Use welding techniques for pipe fitting and repair when necessary.
- Assist with remodeling projects by assembling plumbing components and ensuring proper integration into existing structures.
- Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, materials, and equipment between job sites.
- Engage with clients professionally by providing excellent customer service and explaining repair or installation procedures clearly.
- Maintain a clean work environment, perform heavy lifting as required, and ensure all work adheres to safety standards.
Qualifications
- Proven construction experience with a strong background in residential and commercial plumbing projects.
- Skilled in welding, drain cleaning, blueprint reading, and interpreting technical drawings.
- Proficient with hand tools, power tools, plumbing inspection cameras, and other construction-related equipment.
- Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations related to plumbing systems.
- Experience operating heavy machinery or company vehicles is preferred.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements and material estimates accurately.
- Strong problem-solving skills combined with handyman experience or remodeling background are highly desirable.
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude when interacting with clients on-site.
- Capable of heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with construction site work while maintaining safety protocols.
