Your Career
We currently have an opening in our Northport, Alabama office for a highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic to join our sales team in the role of Sales Coordinator.
As our ideal candidate you are results-driven, well organized, and professional, with a proactive approach to your work. This role is instrumental in providing support to our sales team, facilitating a smooth transfer of information to ensure the needs of our customers are met. Excellent customer service and product promotion skills are a must.

Your Impact
- Support the Territory Managers and outside Sales Reps with quoting, order tracking, and reporting.
- Provide coverage for Territory Managers when out of the office for business travel and vacation.
- Alongside the Territory Managers, aid in prospecting, new business development, lead generation, and customer outreach initiatives.
- Be the lead on tradeshow logistics and coordination.
- Assist the Customer Experience team with managing orders and providing support as required.
- Build relationships and support outside sales agencies in a professional and timely manner.
- Participate in industry events, attending tradeshows/association programs.
- Work to become a product line expert on our StressCrete, King Luminaire, and Spartan product lines.
- Assist in market research of new products and services.
- Work within our ERP and other computer applications to provide support and information to Sales and Customer Experience (Seredex, Salesforce, CPQ).
- Develop an in-depth understanding of market segments, key customers, and competitors.
- Manage the main sales inbox and presales inbox, ensuring that information is delivered to the assigned account holders in a timely manner.
- Assist in building and maintaining reports for the sales team.
- Travel within North America as required.
Your Experience
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
- Valid drivers license and passport
- Previous Sales experience considered an asset
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to a high degree of accuracy
- Highly approachable individual with strong administrative skills
- Ability to develop positive working relationships and build rapport with both internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work with MS Office Suite of products
- Experience working with ERP systems and other computer applications considered an asset.
