- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the Director of Nursing
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide coordinated care
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation
- Promote resident comfort, safety, and independence
- Support and mentor fellow nursing staff
- Current Illinois Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Passion for providing high-quality resident care
