Treatment Coordinator – Pleasant Smiles Dental
Pleasant Smiles Dental is a fast-paced, high-energy dental office looking for a go-getter Treatment Coordinator to join our team! If you thrive in a busy environment, love connecting with people, and have a knack for sales and marketing, we want to meet you.
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM & Friday, 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Pay: $18–$25/hour, based on experience
What You'll Do:
- Serve as the key point of contact between patients and our clinical team, presenting and explaining recommended treatment plans
- Discuss and coordinate financial options, payment plans, and insurance/financial assistance with patients in a clear, compassionate, and confident way
- Use your marketing and sales skills to help patients say "yes" to the care they need
- Build strong relationships with patients to keep them engaged and returning
- Keep the schedule moving and the office running efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Comfortable discussing financial assistance and payment options with patients
- Experience with Open Dental and dental office management is a plus
- Reliable, organized, and able to keep up in a busy office
