Job Summary
The Warehouse Dishwashing & Glassware Technician is responsible for cleaning, sanitizing, inspecting, organizing, and safely handling Casa de Perrin’s luxury dishware, glassware and flatware items. This role plays an important part in maintaining the elevated presentation standards our clients expect by ensuring all inventory is spotless, polished, damage-free, and event-ready.
This position requires strong attention to detail, care in handling delicate and high-end inventory, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Wash, sanitize, dry, polish, and inspect delicate plates, glassware, flatware, serving pieces, and specialty tabletop items
· Properly handle fragile and luxury inventory with extreme care to avoid breakage or damage
· Organize cleaned inventory and prepare items for storage, packing, and upcoming events
· Assist with loading, unloading, sorting, and restocking inventory
· Identify and report chipped, cracked, damaged, or missing items to warehouse leadership
· Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout dishwashing and warehouse areas
· Follow all company sanitation, safety, and operational procedures
· Assist warehouse and event teams with inventory preparation and breakdown as needed
· Ensure all inventory meets Casa de Perrin presentation and quality standards before client delivery
· Support team productivity and warehouse efficiency during peak event seasons
Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent preferred
· Previous dishwashing, hospitality, warehouse, catering, restaurant, or event experience preferred but not required
· Ability to safely handle delicate and fragile inventory
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and quality
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
· Dependable, organized, and able to follow instructions
· Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Work Environment
· Warehouse environment with exposure to cleaning agents, water, dishwashing equipment, and varying temperatures
· Frequent standing, bending, lifting, reaching, and repetitive movement required
· Fast-paced environment during busy event and wedding seasons
