Animal Doctor Westside is seeking a full time individual, licensed or experienced veterinary technician/assistant to join our team. We are a privately owned practice that is recently under new management.
Our clinic is equipped with: ultrasound, digital x-ray, digital dental x-ray, and Zoetis in-house lab equipment (including two Imagyst AI microscopes, CBC, blood chemistry, and UA), all integrated to our EMR. There are computers in each of the exam rooms and in surgery. We use cloud-based Shepherd veterinary software.
Animal Doctor Westside offers a full range of medical, surgical, and preventative care. We are also Fear Free Certified.
Duties would include, but not limited to, preventative pet care, restraint, blood collection, performing testing on laboratory samples, communication with clients, surgical assisting, and fear free certification (we will provide the training).
The work schedule is four weekdays with one fixed day off per week, and rotating Saturdays (half day), typically two per month.
