The Branch Manager oversees and directs all business activities for the branch location, develops customer relationships and ensures satisfaction through operational excellence. Responsible for talent acquisition, development and retention of employees and all sales, rentals, parts and service operations.
Salary + Monthly Commission + Profit Sharing + 401K 6% match.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manages and supervises activities of employee-owners in all departments at branch location Recruits, hires, provides training, leads and supports, oversees annual reviews, and makes staffing decisions for branch
- Responsible for preparation, submission and management of sales forecasts and operational budgets; as well as, balancing revenue against expenses to meet/exceed company profitability requirements
- Oversees all parts department functions including but not limited to: customer parts ordering, in- store merchandising, parts inventory, parts purchasing, warehousing, shipping and receiving, payment processing, payment collection and overall profitability of parts department. Reviews all parts reporting and resolves any issues
- Oversees all service department functions including but not limited to: in-shop service, field service, branch equipment maintenance, new and used equipment preparation, rental equipment check in and return, warranty repairs, safety programs, environmental compliance regulations, material and safety data sheets and overall profitability of service department. Reviews all service reporting and resolves any issues
- Oversees equipment sales, rentals and leases while working with sales representatives and sales manager. Supports sales team to assist with delivery, pick-up and operation of equipment
- Ensures facility, yard and company owned equipment (fleet vehicles) are kept in good condition. Provides a clean and safe environment for employees and customers
- Performs all other duties as assigned by management in a professional and efficient manner
Qualifications
- Previous experience managing a dealership, equipment or automotive preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects, exceptional written and verbal communication skills and excellent people skills
- Ability to use good judgement, think quickly and solve problems
- Intermediate computer skills required including all Microsoft Office applications. Experience with business systems a plus
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with a can-do attitude

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
