Personal Care Attendant / Caregiver (Part-Time)
Location: Kalispell, MT
Pay: $19.50–$20.00 per hour
Hours: 10–12 hours per week
We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and patient Personal Care Attendant (PCA)/Caregiver to provide part-time in-home support. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others maintain their independence and quality of life in a respectful, supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care, including dressing, grooming, and hygiene as needed
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a clean living space
- Prepare simple meals and assist with meal planning
- Help with errands and grocery shopping, if needed
- Provide medication reminders (no medication administration)
- Assist with mobility and transfers, as appropriate
- Encourage independence while ensuring safety and comfort
Qualifications
- Previous caregiving, personal care, CNA, or home health experience is preferred but not required
- Compassionate, reliable, and respectful attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to pass a background check
Schedule
- Part-time: 10–12 hours per week
- Flexible scheduling based on mutual availability
- Potential for additional hours in the future
