Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Operations to lead and optimize our organization’s core business functions. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic operational plans that support organizational growth, efficiency, and scalability.
- Lead operational excellence initiatives by identifying areas for process improvement and implementing best practices across departments.
- Manage business development activities to expand market presence and foster new revenue streams.
- Oversee large-scale organizational change management projects to ensure smooth transitions and stakeholder engagement.
- Direct financial management including budgeting, forecasting, profit and loss analysis, and operational analysis to optimize resource allocation.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to establish strategic planning processes that align with long-term organizational objectives.
- Supervise senior management teams across business operations, ensuring effective management of projects, programs, and teams.
- Drive data-driven decision making by analyzing operational metrics and utilizing insights to enhance performance outcomes.
- Oversee program management efforts to ensure timely delivery of initiatives aligned with strategic priorities.
- Maintain clear verbal communication with executives and stakeholders to facilitate transparency and informed decision making.
Experience
- Proven experience in senior leadership roles with a strong background in operations management, business management, or related fields.
- Demonstrated success in leading operational excellence initiatives and large-scale organizational change management projects.
- Extensive experience in business development management, strategic planning, and project management.
- Strong financial acumen with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, profit & loss analysis, and operational analysis.
- Supervising experience managing diverse teams at an executive level; excellent verbal communication skills with senior stakeholders.
- Track record of implementing process improvements that enhance efficiency and drive organizational growth.
- Familiarity with data-driven decision making tools and methodologies for operational analysis.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex change initiatives while maintaining focus on strategic objectives.
