Nurse Injector- Dr. Cynthia Gray, MD PC / Spa Bella
We are seeking a skilled, personable, and experienced Nurse Injector to join our medical spa team. Working hours will initially be one day per week and will depend on the number of clients scheduled for that day. This schedule may be adjusted in the future based on client needs.
The Nurse Injector will provide aesthetic injectable treatments while helping patients develop individualized treatment plans and achieve natural, balanced results. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, warm, and passionate about aesthetics and building long-term relationships with patients.
Key Responsibilities
Aesthetic Injectables
- Perform injectable treatments including Botox®/neuromodulators and dermal fillers, consistent with training, experience, and applicable scope of practice
- Conduct thorough patient consultations, medical histories, and aesthetic assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals, anatomy, and clinical considerations
- Provide natural-looking, balanced results while maintaining a conservative and patient-centered approach
- Maintain a high standard of injection technique, safety, and infection control
- Take appropriate before-and-after photographs and maintain accurate treatment documentation
- Provide detailed pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions
- Recognize and appropriately respond to potential complications or adverse reactions
- Know when to defer treatment or refer a patient to the supervising physician or another appropriate provider
- Educate patients regarding treatment options, realistic expectations, risks, benefits, and alternatives
- Develop strong, long-term patient relationships
- Follow up appropriately with patients after treatments
Qualifications
- Current RN or NP license in Washington
- Appropriate prescribing/injecting credentials and experience for the position
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Previous aesthetic injection experience strongly preferred
- Experience with neuromodulators and dermal fillers preferred
- Strong understanding of facial anatomy and injection safety
- Excellent clinical judgment and ability to recognize and manage potential complications
Pay: $44.00 - $48.00 per hour
