Menches Brothers Restaurant is hiring a Dishwasher / Kitchen Support team member to help keep our kitchen clean, organized, and running smoothly.
This is an important role in our operation. The right person will help with dishwashing, cleanup, stocking, and light food prep while supporting the kitchen team during busy shifts. We are looking for someone dependable, hard-working, and ready to be part of a team that takes pride in doing things the right way.

Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment quickly and correctly
- Keep the dish area clean, organized, and stocked
- Maintain cleanliness in kitchen and back-of-house areas, including floors, counters, and trash
- Assist with closing duties and end-of-shift cleanup
- Take out trash, break down boxes, and help with stocking and restocking
- Support the kitchen with light food prep when needed
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Work with the team to help keep service running smoothly
Qualifications
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Positive, team-first attitude
- Coachable and willing to learn
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds as needed
- Restaurant experience is a plus, but not required
- Willing to help where needed and support the team

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
