We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Host/Hostess. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment, we would love to hear from you.
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly smile upon arrival
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
- Assist with seating arrangements to ensure efficient use of space
- Answer phone calls and assist with reservations or inquiries
- Manage the waitlist and notify guests when their table is ready
- Provide accurate wait time estimates to guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting is preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
- Professional phone etiquette
