Outside Sales Representative (Base Salary + Uncapped Commission)

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Outside Sales Representative to join our expanding team. This role offers a competitive base salary with uncapped commission potential, along with the flexibility to choose a commission-only structure for higher earnings.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers through company-provided leads, referrals, networking, and self-generated opportunities.
- Conduct in-home water tests and sales presentations to educate homeowners on the benefits of Rainsoft Water Treatment Systems.
- Recommend tailored water treatment solutions based on individual customer needs.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through a consultative sales approach.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using the CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, home improvement sales, or direct sales is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly.
- Highly motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing time and sales territory effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) is required.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary plus uncapped commission (with an option for commission-only for higher earning potential).
- Earning potential: $45,000 - $135,000+ per year.
