About the Role
We’re looking for an organized, calm-under-pressure Plumbing Dispatcher to be the communication hub between our customers and field technicians. This role is critical to keeping jobs running on time, technicians supported, and customers informed and happy.
If you’re detail-oriented, great on the phone, and enjoy juggling multiple priorities, this is a role where you’ll make a real impact every day.
What You’ll Do
- Schedule and dispatch plumbing technicians efficiently based on location, skill set, and urgency
- Answer incoming calls and messages, gather job details, and prioritize service requests
- Communicate clearly with technicians throughout the day regarding job updates and changes
- Keep customers informed on arrival times, delays, and job status
- Maintain accurate records in dispatching and CRM software
- Support the office team with administrative tasks as required
- Send out invoices using QuickBooks
What We’re Looking For
- Previous dispatching experience (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or similar trades preferred)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using scheduling software, phones, and basic computer systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience in the plumbing or home services industry
- Knowledge of service territories and route optimization
- Bilingual skills (a plus, not required)

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8.0 per week
