[HYBRID] Director of Programs – PWNA (Indian Country Exp. Req.) Description

This hybrid position requires two days per week onsite and offers the opportunity to lead program operations serving underserved Native American communities throughout the Northern Plains. You'll oversee regional program operations, including staff leadership, warehouse operations, grants, budgets, logistics, and gifts in kind (GIK), while partnering with Senior Leadership, Development, Finance, tribal partners, and community stakeholders to ensure programs are delivered effectively. You'll also represent the organization at conferences and community events. You don't need a personal connection to PWNA's mission to make a meaningful impact. We're looking for a service minded leader with a genuine commitment to serving Native American communities, building trusted partnerships, and leading with integrity. This is a great opportunity to make a lasting impact with an organization that has been delivering hope and meaningful support for over 30 years.
