About Us
We are an established and growing e-commerce company with over 14 years of experience selling health and beauty products on Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and other major online marketplaces. We process thousands of units each month and are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse & E-Commerce Operations Assistant to join our team.
This position begins as a temporary-to-hire role. Candidates who demonstrate reliability, strong work ethic, and attention to detail may be considered for long-term employment based on performance and business needs.
Responsibilities
- Prepare products for Amazon FBA shipments, including labeling, packaging, poly bagging, and bundling
- Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and compliance before shipment
- Receive, sort, and organize incoming inventory
- Assist with packing and shipping orders
- Maintain accurate inventory counts
- Assist with basic inventory tracking, data entry, and operational tasks using computer software
- Organize and maintain warehouse and storage areas
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and efficient
- Follow established procedures to ensure shipment accuracy
- Assist with other warehouse and operational tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
- Comfortable using computers, web-based software, and spreadsheets
- Ability to learn and use inventory management systems and e-commerce platforms
- Ability to use a smartphone to scan barcodes and follow digital instructions
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs throughout the day
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Preferred (Not Required)
- Previous warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, retail, or inventory experience
- Experience with Amazon FBA, Walmart WFS, or e-commerce operations
- Experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience using a pallet jack is a plus, but not required
