Self-Directed Choices, LLC is currently accepting resumes for a FULL-TIME Consultant/Support Broker position. The position will consist of working with clients on the Medicaid self-directed programs (Mi Via Wavier and Turquoise Care).
1. Consultant/Support Broker providers shall:
a. Be at least 21 years of age;
b. Possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, human services, counseling, nursing, special education or a closely related field;
c. Have one (1) year of supervised experience working with people living with disabilities;
d. Pass a nationwide caregiver criminal history screening.
OR
2. Consultant/Support Broker providers shall:
a. Be at least 21 years of age;
b. Have a high school diploma or GED and a minimum of six (6) years of direct experience related to the delivery of social services to people living with disabilities;
c. Pass a nationwide caregiver criminal history screening.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
