Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sealer - Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating RF sealing machinery to ensure products are ready for shipment. Your mechanical knowledge and hands-on skills will help maintain high-quality standards, optimize production flow, and uphold safety protocols. Responsibilities
- Operate RF sealing machines accurately and efficiently to package products according to specifications
- Perform routine machine setup, adjustments, and troubleshooting to maintain optimal performance
- Use hand tools and mechanical knowledge to perform minor repairs or maintenance on equipment
- Ensure proper quality checks are performed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Conduct basic math calculations for measurements, quantities, and quality control purposes
Experience
- Prior experience in manufacturing preferred
- Familiarity manufacturing machinery operation is a plus
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to use hand tools effectively
- Basic math skills is advantageous
Pay: $18.00 per hour
