Position Summary
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of office experience, strong communication skills, and a positive attitude. This position plays a key role in supporting customers by processing orders, answering phones, assisting walk-in customers, and handling account payments. The successful candidate will also be willing to take on additional projects and responsibilities as needed.

Responsibilities

Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.

Answer incoming phone calls and provide excellent customer service.

Assist walk-in customers with inquiries, product information, and order placement.

Process payments on customer accounts and maintain accurate records.

Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Maintain organized customer files and documentation.

Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.

Perform general office and administrative duties as assigned.

Assist with special projects and additional responsibilities as business needs require.

Minimum of 2 years of office experience required.
