Job OverviewWe are looking for an energetic, confident, and engaging Weekend Streamer to represent our brand during live shopping events. This role is responsible for showcasing products, interacting with viewers, driving engagement, and creating an entertaining shopping experience that converts viewers into customers.The ideal candidate is comfortable on camera, enjoys connecting with people, and can maintain a high-energy presence throughout live broadcasts. This is a weekend position with opportunities for longer livestreams, additional hours, and growth within the company based on performance.Responsibilities
- Host live shopping, auction, and flash sale events
- Present products in an engaging, informative, and entertaining manner
- Interact with viewers in real time and answer questions
- Create excitement around featured products and promotions
- Drive participation in auctions and flash sales
- Maintain a positive and energetic on-camera presence
- Learn product details and effectively communicate product features and benefits
- Follow livestream schedules, promotions, and sales strategies
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth livestream execution
- Help build and grow an engaged online community
Qualifications
- Comfortable speaking on camera and engaging with a live audience
- Outgoing, confident, and enthusiastic personality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think quickly and adapt during live broadcasts
- Self-motivated, reliable, and punctual
- Coachable and open to feedback
- Sales, customer service, social media, acting, broadcasting, or livestream experience is a plus but not required
- Passion for connecting with people and creating engaging content
Schedule
- Part-Time Weekend Position
- Saturdays and Sundays
- 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Additional hours may become available based on performance and comfort level with longer livestream sessions
Compensation & Growth Opportunities
- $18–$20 per hour
- 4% commission on auction and flash sale revenue generated during livestreams you host

30-Day Evaluation PeriodAll new Weekend Streamers will complete a 30-day evaluation period. During this time, performance will be assessed based on:
- Attendance and punctuality
- Comfort and confidence on camera
- Audience engagement and interaction
- Product knowledge and willingness to learn
- Professionalism and coachability
- Sales performance and overall contribution to livestream success
Following the evaluation period, successful candidates may be eligible for longer livestream sessions, additional hours, expanded responsibilities, and continued growth opportunities within the company.What We're Looking ForWe are looking for someone with a strong personality who can captivate an audience, keep energy levels high, and help drive sales through engaging live content.
