We are looking for servers (Parttime) to join our team. Training will be provided to help you feel confident and supported in your role. Our restaurant is located in the heart of Hollywood, California, near the Pantages Theatre and the Funko Hollywood store. Conveniently located near Metro subway and bus stops.
Job Summary:
Our restaurant is searching for experienced Servers/Hosts who are familiar with the hospitality industry and are concerned with delivering exceptional customer service. The servers/hosts will be responsible for greeting our guests with a warm smile and ensuring an enjoyable, quality dining experience.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
・Must be *** Minimum of 1 year experience *** in restaurants strongly preferred, but we are willing to train
・Basic understanding of Japanese food preferred
・Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each client, maintain a safe environment and engage with our guests
・Promptly and accurately takes food and beverage requests from guests
・Learns menu and beverages, expertly recommends and upsells items
・Ensures expedient service of food and beverages to the guests
・Keep the service area clean in accordance with the company's guidelines as well as the requirements of the local health department
・Ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism when interacting with guests and dealing with guest complaints
・Accurately rings all orders into the POS system while simultaneously interacting with guests when applicable
*Must be able to work different shifts, including holidays, nights and weekends
