The Transportation Project Manager develops comprehensive plans for specialized, complex, and/or high profile projects in the Transit division of the Transportation Department, which includes writing plans, preparing requests for quotes, preparing budget recommendations, collaborating with various city departments, applicable agencies and the public, consulting on external plan impacts with adjoining jurisdictions and/or performing other related activities.
The ideal candidate for the role will have a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction management and five years of increasingly responsible experience in public works project management.
