*+$2 shift differential*
Shift: 7pm-11pm
Mandatory that you work at least 3 shifts per week.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and record residents’ vital signs, conditions, and behaviors
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Support CNAs and other staff to ensure quality care is delivered
Qualifications:
- Current and valid LPN license in the state of Tennessee
- CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience preferred, but not required
- Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and a compassionate nature
