We're looking for someone who loves teaching kids across every age we serve — from Parent/Child (birth to 3) to Pre-K (3–5) to our gradeschool crew (6–10). No gymnastics experience required. What matters is comfort with movement, real love for teaching kids, and a genuine commitment to learning our curriculum and spotting techniques inside and out.
What you'll actually be doing
- Teach classes across multiple age groups — Parent/Child, Pre-K, and gradeschool — following our curriculum, which we fully train you on, including proper spotting technique for our recreational classes
- Deliver great customer service to every family who walks through our doors, in class and out of it
- Help families find the right class for their kid — the right age group, the right time, the right fit
- Handle scheduling and the day-to-day logistics that keep things running smoothly
- Stay comfortable and fluent on a computer
- Bring a "what can I do right now" mindset — always looking for the next way to add value to the space, whether that's in the classroom or at the front desk
What we're looking for
- A true Type-A personality — organized, proactive, and always thinking two steps ahead
- Comfort teaching kids across a range of ages, from babies to gradeschoolers and experience with lesson planning (something we provide)
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
- A genuine commitment to learning our curriculum and teaching techniques, including spotting
- Excellent customer service instincts — you know how to make a family feel taken care of
- Real pride and ownership in the space, since we give a lot of autonomy and want someone who'll run with it
- Availability across our 7-day class schedule (weekend mornings and/or weekday evenings especially helpful)
