As a Night Shift Caregiver, you’re the steady, reassuring presence our residents count on.
Assist residents with evening and overnight care
Help with bedtime routines and ensure comfort through the night
Respond to call lights with kindness and attentiveness
Keep a watchful eye—safety is everything after hours
Support early morning routines to start the day right
Work alongside a close-knit team that has each other’s backs
3–4 shifts per week (12-hour shifts = more days off ?)
A quieter, more relaxed pace (most nights ?)
Meaningful one-on-one time with residents
Strong teamwork—you’re never in it alone
Coffee, calm vibes, and a sense of purpose ?
Caregiving/STNA experience preferred (we’ll train the right person!)
Compassion, patience, and reliability
Comfort working independently and as part of a team
