The Delta Housing Authority is seeking a dependable and motivated Maintenance Assistant to help maintain safe, quality housing for residents throughout our communities. This position performs a variety of maintenance and repair duties including unit turnovers, plumbing, carpentry, painting, appliance repairs, preventive maintenance, grounds upkeep, and general property maintenance. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in maintaining buildings and facilities, and is committed to providing excellent service to residents.
