Position Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on Project Manager to oversee our expansion into water proofing and drainage operations. These will include basement waterproofing, sump pump installations, and downspout rerouting amongst other services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support multiple water proofing and drainage jobs
- Safely operate heavy machinery as needed to complete projects
- Inspections for quality assurance after project completion
- Perform and oversee rodent exclusion and sealing work with attention to detail
- Conduct on-site inspections, communicate with customers, and ensure high service quality
- Perform quality control checks on completed jobs
- Maintain accurate project documentation and daily updates
- Lead by example in safety, professionalism, and teamwork
- Communication with partners, other staff, & Customers
- Inspections for quality assurance
- Occasional repairs
Qualifications:
- Project Management
- Proven experience in waterproofing, drainage work, and related construction
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Ability to problem-solve and make quick decisions in the field
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Physically able to perform construction work
