PAY: $22.25 + $2.00 Shift Premium (2nd Shift)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- 3pm - 11pm
- Overtime may be required
- Using several QAD screens to problem-solve issues & input data
- Strong team skills
- Hi-Lo experience
- Ability to function in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Good verbal, written, and communication skills
- Replenishment, the right product at the right time
- Reports material damage before Adient possession
- Participates in continuous improvement projects
Required Skills and Experience
- Demonstrated self-starter – self-directed
- Ownership of Process/area
- Attention to Detail and Accuracy / Quality / Organization
- Effective communication skills / driving changes in processes
- Good people skills
- Lifting required
- Will need to take a written and driving hi-lo test
- Stand up experience
Desired Skills
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Receive inventory (clocking in, verifying)
- Shipping, Staging, and verifying shipments to customers
- Knowledge of QAD / Basic Computer Knowledge
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Ability to work within a single manufacturing facility with multiple products and customers.
- Must have experience driving Hi-Lo
- Experience driving a Tugger
Qualifications
- Be able to lift up to 35 pounds as part of job rotation
- Ownership of Process/area
- Attention to Detail and Accuracy / Quality / Organization
- Background check and drug screen (for illegal drugs)
- Authorized to work within the United States
