Position Overview
This is a hands-on evening cleaning position at a fitness gym / gymnastics facility. The work focuses on keeping high-traffic athletic areas clean and sanitized. This position is open to solo applicants or teams of two who already work well together. Strict checklist compliance is required.
What You’ll Do
Clean and maintain:
- Fitness gym & gymnastics training areas
- Locker rooms & restrooms
- Studios & activity rooms
- Entrances, front desk area, and hallways
- Stairwells and shared walkways
Daily tasks include:
- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing all assigned areas
- Disinfecting high-touch surfaces and athletic equipment
- Following written cleaning checklists for quality control
- Working independently and staying on schedule without supervision
No trash removal. No supply restocking.
Schedule
- Monday (Weekly – Common Areas): 9:30 PM – 12:30 AM
- Thursday (Weekly – Bathrooms Only): 9:30 PM – 11:30 PM
Quarterly Scope Add-On (Same Facility)
Every quarter, the following additional services are scheduled on a Thursday evening at the same property but in a different fitness gym space:
- Full common-area cleaning of the second fitness gym area
- Quarterly carpet cleaning for the main fitness gym
These are added shifts with additional paid hours
Scheduled in advance
Performed during the normal late-evening window
Solo or Team Option
- Solo Cleaner: Apply as an individual
- Team of Two (Preferred, Not Required): Applicants who already work well together may apply as a team and split the scheduled hours evenly
- If applying as a team, both applicants must meet all job requirements individually

This position requires strict checklist compliance, punctuality, and accountability. This is not a freestyle job.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
