Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) and refrigeration systems
- Perform routine maintenance on commercial HVAC/R systems to ensure optimal performance
- Diagnose and troubleshoot commercial HVAC/R system issues
- Repair or replace defective components in commercial HVAC/R systems
- Perform welding and boiler work as needed
- Conduct commercial appliance repairs as necessary
- Collaborate with property maintenance team to address commcercial HVAC/R related concerns
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years proven experience as a commercial HVAC/R Technician
- In-depth knowledge of commercial HVAC/R systems and components
- Proficiency in mechanical and equipment repair techniques
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose issues accurately
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
