Little Building Blocks Early Childhood Development Center
Are you passionate about working with children and making a difference in their lives? Little Building Blocks is looking for caring, dependable, and enthusiastic teachers to join our team!
We are currently hiring teachers to work with multiple age groups, including infants, toddlers, preschool, Pre-K, and school-age children. We are looking for individuals who enjoy building relationships with children and families and want to be part of a supportive team.
What You'll Do
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers
- Implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities
- Support children's social, emotional, physical, and educational development
- Maintain an organized and welcoming classroom
- Communicate professionally with families and team members
- Follow all center policies, procedures, and state licensing requirements
- Work collaboratively with other teachers and administration
- Provide active supervision and ensure children's safety throughout the day
What We're Looking For
- Someone who genuinely enjoys working with children
- Dependable and committed to being part of a team
- Positive, patient, and willing to learn
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to accept feedback and continue growing professionally
- Willingness to be flexible and help where needed
- Previous childcare or early childhood experience is preferred

Schedule
We are currently looking for full-time and part-time team members. Available schedules may vary depending on classroom needs and experience.
Monday–Friday — No Weekends
