ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Manager with Lynn Bullard State Farm, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experience that reinforces the sustainable growth of a successful insurance agency. Your ability to identify needs, match customers with the appropriate products, and build from a current book of business make you a good fit for this role. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Identify opportunities within current book of business.
- Generate business from outside marketing sources.
- Maintain all CE and Licensing for compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow customers through the onboarding lifecycle.
Maintaining product knowledge and compliance.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous sales experience preferred.
- A valid U.S. Drivers License
- Property and Casualty Licensed, with the ability to gain Life and Health within the first 60 days in the state of North Carolina
