The Human Resource manager plans, directs, or coordinates human resources activities and staff of an organization. He/She represents the organization and is responsible for performing human resource functions and providing general office administrative support.
- Payroll collects time cards and reviews them for appropriate completion.
- Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employment termination.
- Administer employee benefits, workers' compensation and performance management programs.
- Maintains records and compiles statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism.
- Serves as a link between management and employees by handling questions and helping resolve work-related problems.
- Maintains various recordkeeping systems, compiles statistical data and prepares reports related to payroll, position classification, compensation, training, and equal opportunity employment.

- Complies with hospice policies and procedures, laws and regulations, and standards of practice.
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
