Job Summary
Quality Electric is looking for a dedicated and motivated Apprentice Electrician to join our team and gain hands-on experience in the electrical trade. This position provides structured training and mentorship from experienced electricians, ensuring you develop the skills and expertise required for a successful career. You will assist with electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs while following safety guidelines and industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Journeyman and Master Electricians with electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
- Learn and adhere to local, state, and national electrical codes and safety standards.
- Install, inspect, and troubleshoot wiring, outlets, lighting fixtures, and other electrical components.
- Operate hand and power tools necessary for electrical work.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
- Follow safety procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist with testing electrical systems and continuity of circuits using testing devices.
- Support the completion of work orders and documentation as required.
- Attend training sessions and classes as part of the apprenticeship program.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Enrollment in an electrical apprenticeship program.
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and willingness to learn.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in various environments, including heights and confined spaces.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, or kneel for extended periods.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
