Parts and Supply Department Manager
- Inventory Control: monitoring current stock levels of items, conducting counts, and adjusting counts based on monthly item usage.
- Supplier Management: Sourcing items from multiple vendors to provide to customers and technicians
- Technician Coordination: Fulfilling and transferring parts orders for field service technicians, ensuring they have the correct components to complete repairs promptly
- Purchasing/Receiving: Utilizing a purchase order system and via online submissions placing orders and fulfilling purchase ordersto receive items into inventory
- Communication: Work with other team members to update parts on back order and when emergency parts are received and shipped
- Reporting: Monitor daily reports provided to track parts and supply usage
- Processing Claims: Working daily with technicians to ensure warranty paperwork is completed timely and correctly
- Forecasting: Monitor usage of items to know when to begin decreasing on hand inventory and when to begin to increase inventory
- Monitoring Logistics: Track daily completion of outgoing shipments utilizing UPS WorldShip to ensure shipping clerks have completed the days orders
Pay: $26.00 - $36.00 per hour
