Mass X is a union civil construction company seeking a dependable and motivated individual to fill the
role of Shop Expeditor. We strive to prioritize safety and excellence, not only in delivering projects

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week), primarily consisting of day shifts. However, occasional
evening or weekend work may be required depending on project needs. Your responsibilities include
pressure washing and detailing equipment, preparing parts for shipping, delivering parts to and from
the airport, organizing incoming parts, and handling returns and core exchanges. Additionally, you will
assist with general cleaning, shop organization, and support field and project teams as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with 3+ years of a clean driving record
Key Responsibilities:
- Work in the wash bay pressure washing equipment and vehicles; detail cab interiors
- Prep and deliver parts to/from the airport; organize parts and manage returns
- Assist staff with various projects and shop/field tasks
- Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and
organizing
- Dependable, punctual, and strong work ethic
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and performing labor-intensive tasks
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and in stressful situations
- Team-oriented with the ability to maintain positive relationships with coworkers, clients,
and vendors
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working outside and in unclean environments
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the construction industry
- Forklift experience and current certification (training available if needed)
