Position Overview
We are seeking a technically oriented Regional Sales Manager to develop and grow sales of automatic pressure filtration and liquid/solid separation equipment within an assigned territory. This role combines direct responsibility for key customer accounts with leadership, coordination, and accountability for independent sales representatives.
The position requires strong industrial process understanding and the ability to guide customers through process evaluation, solution configuration, pricing, and order closure.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead, support, and hold independent sales representatives accountable within the assigned territory
· Manage and grow key customer accounts
· Identify, target, and pursue new prospective accounts where pressure filtration offers a technical or economic advantage
· Qualify opportunities by evaluating customer processes, operating conditions, and application requirements
· Configure complete equipment solutions and develop pricing and commercial proposals
· Close orders directly or in collaboration with independent sales representatives
· Provide technical and application support throughout the sales process
· Maintain accurate opportunity tracking, forecasting, and reporting in CRM tools
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or a related science/engineering field, or equivalent industrial experience
· 5+ years of successful technical or capital equipment sales experience in industrial processing environments
· Demonstrated ability to understand, evaluate, and discuss customer processes and operating requirements
· Proven capability to qualify opportunities, develop solutions and proposals, and close orders
· Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently while managing a defined territory
· Willingness to travel within the assigned region
Preferred
· Experience selling industrial equipment into chemical processing, metalworking, metal finishing, or food processing industries
· Exposure to filtration or liquid/solid separation equipment (training provided)
· Spanish language proficiency (a plus, not required)
Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
