Responsibilities
- Lead and support our clinical team
- Supervise, mentor, and train BCBAs and RBTs
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
- Partner with families to deliver exceptional care
- Help establish clinical systems and develop a quality produc
Qualifications
- BCBA certification
- Experience working with children with autism and their families
- Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
- Takes initiative and thrives in a startup environment
- Cares deeply about children, families, and supporting their team
