Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – School Setting – Starting August
Mita ABA is seeking a reliable and compassionate RBT to provide ABA services in a school setting beginning in August.

The RBT will work directly with a child under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Responsibilities include implementing behavior intervention plans, teaching communication, social, adaptive, and classroom participation skills, supporting transitions, and collecting accurate session data.
The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, patient, and comfortable collaborating with teachers, caregivers, and clinical supervisors.
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision
- Provide behavioral support throughout the school day
- Assist with classroom routines, transitions, group activities, cafeteria, outdoor activities, and social interactions
- Collect and document accurate behavioral and skill-acquisition data
- Follow behavior intervention and safety procedures
- Communicate professionally with the BCBA, school staff, and caregivers
- Attend supervision and training meetings as required
- Maintain client confidentiality and professional boundaries
Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass required background screening
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work consistently during daytime school hours
- Previous experience working with children in a school, daycare, or ABA setting is preferred
