We are seeking a dedicated Production Associate specializing in Embroidery to join our manufacturing team. Responsibilities
- Operate embroidery machines efficiently, ensuring consistent quality and adherence to production schedules.
- Maintain strict compliance with quality standards in production, inspecting finished products for defects or inconsistencies.
- Handle materials carefully, including fabric and thread management, to prevent waste and ensure optimal results.
- Assist with manual fabric cutting processes when necessary, supporting the overall garment construction workflow.
- Follow safety standards in production environments, utilizing protective equipment and maintaining a clean workspace.
- Conduct dimensional measurements on garments to verify accuracy and proper fit according to specifications.
- Support seam construction and garment sewing tasks as needed, contributing to the overall manufacturing process.
- Monitor machine operation for troubleshooting issues and perform basic maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of materials within the warehouse, supporting inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
Experience
- Prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments is preferred, especially within apparel or textile industries.
- Familiarity with sewing machines, embroidery equipment, and manual cutting tools.
- Knowledge of quality standards in garment production and sewing techniques.
- Understanding of safety standards applicable to manufacturing settings.
