About the Role
Cold Corr of Monterey is bringing groundbreaking technology to Tennessee. We are proud to operate the Cold Corrugator, the 1st of its kind in the United States. We're looking for Machine Operators to join us on the ground floor of this new operation, running equipment that doesn't exist anywhere else in the country.
Pay
$24.00 - $26.00/hour
Schedule
· 1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
· Full-time, 4-day work week (10-hour shifts)
Job Duties
· Operate and monitor the Cold Corrugator during production runs
· Set up, adjust, and calibrate machine settings for different job specifications
· Monitor product quality throughout the run; identify and correct defects
· Perform routine machine checks and basic troubleshooting
· Follow all safety protocols and lockout/tagout procedures
· Maintain accurate production logs and paperwork
· Keep work area clean and organized (5S standards); Must Clean out Glue Vats Daily
· Communicate machine issues promptly to supervisors/maintenance
Requirements
· Prior machine operation experience required, preferred experience on Rotary Die Cutters, Flexo Folder Gluers or similar machines such as Stamp Presses, Clicker Presses, Form-Fill Seal Machines, etc.
· No corrugator experience necessary — full training provided on site
· Ability to read and follow production specs and work orders
· Basic math and measurement skills
· Ability to work in a manufacturing environment; stand for extended periods; lift up to 50 lbs.
· Comfortable working around industrial machinery
· Reliable attendance and willingness to learn new equipment/technology
Physical Requirements
· Standing, walking, bending, and reaching for full shift duration
· Repetitive lifting, pushing, and pulling
