Duties
- Lead and coordinate all manufacturing activities during the third shift, ensuring production schedules are met with precision and quality standards are upheld.
- Supervise and support team leads, operators, and technicians, fostering a motivated and collaborative work environment.
- Implement safety protocols rigorously, conduct regular safety audits, and promote a culture of safety awareness among all team members.
- Monitor production metrics continuously, analyze performance data, and implement corrective actions to optimize efficiency.
- Facilitate effective communication across shifts to ensure smooth handoffs and operational continuity.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies and leading efforts to enhance productivity and quality.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and environmental standards at all times.
- Pay is not capped and will be adjusted as you progress.
Experience
- Proven experience in manufacturing management or operations leadership within a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety regulations, and quality assurance practices.
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams with energy, clarity, and motivation during overnight shifts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing operational challenges.
- Effective communication skills to coordinate across departments and ensure clear dissemination of information.
- Familiarity with manufacturing software systems and data analysis tools is preferred.
