Position Overview
We are seeking dedicated Servers with the drive and ambition to transition into a Shift Lead role by excelling in service and daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Guest Experience: Welcome guests with a friendly attitude, answer questions, provide menu recommendations, and ensure every guest receives outstanding service.
- Service Excellence: Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders while maintaining speed, quality, and attention to detail.
- Shift Leadership: Learning opening and closing procedures, coordinating team members, and maintaining service standards.
- Team Support: Lead by example, coach and encourage team members, and help create a positive, productive work environment.
- Problem Solving: Address guest concerns professionally, assist with resolving issues during service, and support management as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, food service, or restaurant operations.
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience is preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead by example and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
