Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage inventory control processes to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Supervise, train, and develop store staff to enhance team performance and customer service.
- Conduct regular audits of pricing, payroll, and inventory to ensure accuracy.
- Recruit new team members and facilitate their onboarding process.
